Do guests have to pay a deposit?

No. Bookings are free by default. If you want, we switch on a PromptPay deposit for the cases you choose, for example groups of eight or more, front-row beds or event nights.

If I use deposits, where does the money go?

Straight to your own PromptPay account. We never hold your money.

Can staff still take bookings by phone?

Yes. Staff add phone and walk-in bookings to the same list, so there is one place to check.
